● If you are utilizing an Arlo Pro base station, press the button available on the top of the Arlo base station for around two seconds and then release the button.
6. Next, wait for the sync status LED to light green.
7. Press the Sync button present on top of the Arlo camera for around two seconds and then release the Sync button.
Ponder: Arlo cameras must get synced one at a time.
● A blue LED on the camera will blink rapidly to validate sync.
● If the LED on the Arlo camera will glow amber, the sync is not successful. You must repeat the sync process.
8. Examine the Arlo camera LED on the Arlo base station.
9. If the camera LED on the Arlo base station blinks solid green, the sync process is complete.
10. Perform these steps for each Arlo camera.
Note: If you can not achieve the sync process in 60 seconds, press the Sync button on the Arlo base station and try again performing the same steps.
Factory resetting your Arlo wire-free camera returns your Arlo wire-free camera to its default settings and eliminates the camera from your account. It indicates that you must follow the Arlo app setup method to run your Arlo camera after a factory reset. To factory reset my Arlo wire-free camera:

1. Press and hold the sync button on the Arlo camera for approximately 15 seconds until the camera LED starts glowing amber, then let go.

● Open the Arlo app or log in to arlo.netgear.com or my.arlo.com. The Devices page will appear on the screen.
● Hit or click the settings icon under the Arlo camera feed.
● Scroll to the bottom of the Device Settings page, and click the Remove Device button.
● Close the Device Settings page opened on the screen.
● Close the Device Settings page opened on the screen.
● Click the Add New Device field displayed on the Devices page.
● Choose Cameras, and follow the instructions to connect your Arlo camera to your Wi-Fi network and set it up. You can also perform a factory reset on your Arlo wire-free camera in the Arlo app. Hit Device Settings > Remove Device requiring the Arlo camera to be online and to have battery power.
